Why we started SkipUp

We’ve lived this problem…


As ex-consultants, operators and builders we were parachuted into broken teams to rebuild structure and unlock potential. We saw firsthand how alignment and decision-making collapse as companies scale. Leaders want to stay lean but get trapped in endless 1:1s.


That experience shaped our mission: help leaders cut the noise and help them build exponential organizations.

Why Now

We spoke to countless leaders with teams of 12 to 3,000 people.


Leaders told us the same thing over and over: “I don’t know what I should discuss BEFORE the meeting .”


The message is clear — leaders need alignment tools that work before the meeting starts. Everyone wants to build 'AI native' software but few are building software for the people first.


They need an operating system that is compatible with their day to day. So we are starting there!
